1999 W208 with Option 275

Hi all, new here, just purchased a '99 CLK320. I have an Option list & it says the car has Option 275 (Driver Seat Steering Col & Mirror). I can only find a manual adjustment for the Steering. Should it have Electric Adjustment & Memory with this Option?
