W124 jacking points

Hello all,

A couple of questions for you all. How do the outer sill covers come off a w124 coupé? We can see the screws from the underneath side but what's holding them on at the top?

Also the jacking points are starting to look like they could do with some attention (the reason why the sill cover needs to come off), are repair panels available?
