This is not the first time I have been on here trying to gleam information on my inoperative convertable. Some of the info has been fantastic and I've managed to eliminate anumber of items. I read in one post that the relay along side the hydraulic pump could give problems, my question to anybody kind enough to answer is 'Are the head rest operated by the hydraulic pump or are they electric?' Mine are going up and down which would eliminate the pump relay and also the pump if this was the case ( my pump was changed ten months ago by a previous owner). All this leads me back to my next area which I suspect, that is the limit switch on the N/S hydraulic ram. Somebody (I'm not sure of the name now) put some excellent pictures and discription on this forum but Im not sure, is it also possible to excess the ram from the boot, or do I remove the rear seat and side panel. Again any help would be fantastic.
