But I just picked up a new Merc W220 (S430L) today and it has quite a few issues to sort. But for now I've just got some bulbs to replace, tyres ordered and also ordered some rear brake pads... will have a busy weekend I think!
But one thing I am curious about, the tailgate opens from the remote fob, but although the handbook (I've downloaded one online as it came with none...) appears to suggest it should automatically raise, it just opens and sits on the lock?
Do all W220 tailgates raise automatically? Or is this just an option?
