W126 Ignition control module

Hi

I own a 1988 W126 420SEL which has basically died on me (engine).

I believe the fault lies with the ignition control module which I have read to be a common issue with these models.

My problem is trying to find a replacement. I am really struggling here - I have a list of compatible part numbers however they are all 4 pins where as mine is 8.

My part number is 007 545 22 32

Any help here would be amazing please. I really want to get the car back on the road!
