Quick Query

We have an A-class on agility finance option. Currently we're half way through the finance (2years). Looking at the agreement there is a clause which says that we can terminate the agreement but we need to have paid approx £10000 of the value of the car and if we haven't we can still cancel the agreement if the pay the difference.
My question is am I reading the clause correctly/ can I cancel the agreement half way through? and whether people have come across something like this??
