Firstly apologise to OP for the hijack, but wanted to catch dec, as he is the man !

Please remind me as it's been approx 9 years since I changed the small bulbs
in heater control panel on my 124.

I can easily do the 2xtwist knobs.

Do I need to take the front panel off the dashboard to then remove the clear plastic
circular pieces, to access each temp surround illumination ?
