Hello
A bit of a cheek but here it goes.
I have a MB since 2004 and member here an A1 help always provided by all.
My Jeep Grand Cherokee/overland 3-00crd. (56 plate) The NSR abs/wheel speed sensor messed up.
Where I live, first the Bexleyheath jeep closed and then the service centre in Crayford went under last week.
had fault diagnosed as suspected, ie fault NSR wheel speed sensor, paid almost 70 quid for the diagnosis but they wanted another 270 quid at two hours labour and parts. I paid the 70 quid for the diag and just under 16 quid for the sensor. Had a look under the car, could do but need ramp.
My cheeky question, anyone near where I live in Bexleyheath, my side of the river that can fit for a more reasonable charge as I felt it was a rip off at the Jeep place I went to but won't mention. In my judgement with the right tools, 10 to 15 mins work. The sensor is in two parts i think and the one that needs replacing is outside the tyre, a cable just ove 18 inches lone and has two connectors ie one each side
Sorry about this and thanks!
