My 320CDi is now at 148K and is embarrassingly smokey:Oops: when leaving junctions even under light acceleration I am Looking at the Following work some of which needs doing anyway .
How DIY is it to remove EGR ??? and clean on my In line 6 ? ( simon speed reccomended I bought another 2nd hand Valve from a Breaker and cleaned that up and then swap it with the In situ one )
I have a picture Below is this it and how does one remove it

After its cleaned I will have the EGR Bypass done .
Next stage is to get my injectors checked (metering ) and certainly one (no3 ) needs reseating / resealing as there is a small amount of Black death creeping out around it .
If I do all of that I might as well have my duff Glo plugs sorted at the same Time and get rid of the orange light
Only other thing to cause overfuelling would be the MAF and its just had a new one . Otherwise it drives well runs clean at motorway speeds.
