FUEL RISE

So it seems that no one is taking the blame for the high cost of the Fuel in this country after the findings have now been published . The Oil Companies say " Its not our Fault " and the Government refuse to take the blame, so who is the culprit for the high cost of fuel that we are having to pay ???
