Wiper arm

Hi, hopefully this is in the correct section.

The 'elbow' joint on the passenger side wiper arm has come apart. Bush at joint seems to have gone and arm now just sliding into front window pillar and not up.

Can the bush be replaced or am I looking at whole arm replacement (£80 + VAT @ Dealership) Have tried a few breakers but noone has one for a CLK.
