Just thought that I should share with you my experience with the eco system in the new e class: this morning I went to Mercedes @ Milton Keynes to have my c class (c350 cdi amg sport 2010) service for B1 and they gave me a courtesy car as an e class e200 cdi 2011, to which I was excited at first, as I never drove an e class before. Well, my first impression was that it has lots of space inside but does feel too big for my personal liking (still prefer the c class). But i could adapt with that no problem. The only though that made me moan
is the eco system: when stopping in traffic, the eco system shuts the car engine I have to say that it feels weird at the very beginning. The engine quickly restarts when pressing the speed pedal but I could not help thinking what if it fails to start? So I am glad that my car does not have the eco system.
I would like to know if anyone feels the same way or has a complete different opinion. Cheers, ;)
