S211 320Cdi 2003 Engine Man Light

Just had to replace the Bosch Silver battery under warranty today after two years, but after re-conecting the new battery today, after leaving it over night without a battery, I have now a yellow engine man light on the dash.

Anyone know if this is a further fault, or something from changing the battery over
