Hi
I was just about to buy myself a CLK convertible, then found a couple of coupes and can't decide which to get.
Taking everything into account - age, mileage, spec etc - there's nothing much in it apart from the engines. I've made allowance for the difference in mpg, insurance and RFL but still can't decide.
So with between 50k and 80k miles on the clocks, how do the following compare for likely maintenance costs and future problems:
200K and 220CDi with 5-speed autos, and 320CDi with 7-speed auto.
I really fancy the 320CDi  but will the V6 maintenance costs be excessively greater than that of the 4 cylinders?
Cheers
