Merc lite service

Just had an e mail from local dealer about New(?) lite service. wanted to check what if any benefits you loose on a nearly new merc if you use it (suspect I know the answer but worth checking) Tried their on line service booking system to find out. They have a "Laura" who answers you. But Laura is about as much good as a chocolate teapot.

Laura says I will have to check with my local dealer. But mercedes conditions when you buy a new car are the same all over the country say I, do you mean that what is done and the conditions vary from main dealer to main dealer?
Sorry I can't help you says Laura, I am in sales. Duh!!
