Bouncing Door Locks

Hi All,
Can any one help me about the bouncing door look? I own an A Class 180CDI and the back right door lock bounces when closing and most of times doesn't lock, have to lock it manually. I am new in this forum and I read some letters sent about this problem. Can anyone send me a solution if any? Please...
