E280 2007 Command Centre Removal?

Hi,
I own a E280 CDI Estate 2007 and seem to have an intermittent fault with a nokia Bluetooth device (power goes on and off) that was installed before i purchased the car.

I suspect that there is a loose connection behind the dash/command centre however i have as of yet been unable to get behind the thing to find the fault.

I've searched for repair/service manuals also to offer advice but am just hitting dead ends. If anyone has any helpful advice even where i would start with this it would be much appreciated.
