Where is the toolkit?

I recently bought a C180K 2004 (UK). In the owners manual it says that the spare wheel and the toolkit (inc jack) are under the boot floorboard. When I look there, there is only the spare wheel and a funny contraption. However, there is a sticker which indicates that the tool kit is under the car. I have looked hard, very hard, under the car but cant find it there.

Have I been short-changed and not been given the toolkit or am I not finding it? Where could it be?

Cant really live without the toolkit (jack, wrench, spare wheel inflator bottle etc).
