Tailgate Chrome Trim Part Number

Hello,

Im looking for the part number for a facelift W169 tailgate chrome handle.

I've found the part number for a W245 which is: A1697402093. The W169 looks a different design though.

Also am I right in thinking, that there is a difference between the pre & post facelift cars. The pre cars 2004>2008 seem to have a flush flat finish. the 2008> Facelift cars, seem to have a more proud standing handle.
