Advice needed for my 350 SL

Hi all, I bought my RHD 1973 350 in the 90's and am not sure I can afford to keep her. I must admit I did neglect her as I have other cars. Put her on a ramp and she is badly rusted (usual places, bottom sills, wheel arches etc...). She also needs a new fuel pump, suspensions, radiator... Any advice as to is she worth restoring cost wise or should i let her go to an enthousiast who would have the time and the money?
