Bought some wheels off ebay, yet to be delivered. But they have been fitted on a VW T4. Really nice staggered Remotecs.
It seems to me the wheel bolt holes must have been drilled out, my 126 which the wheels are for has 12mm bolts, but the VW should have 14mm.
Does anyone have any knowledge on this sort of thing? I wonder if the tolerances on the holes weren't high enough for them to need drilling in order to take the 14mm bolts.
The guy said he hasn't personally drilled the holes out, and doesn't think they look drilled, but isnt sure.
If they have been, I wonder if the holes will still be fine for 12mm bolts, if they are still tapered perhaps it wont make any odds.
