I know that MB usually specify a tranny fluid and filter change at 50-60k kilomoters (31/36k miles) but is that still apply to newer cars?
I have a E200 CDI (2010), which had its second service at 18months/28k miles. The fluid changed was listed on the service sheet but crossed out and shown as n/a by the service people - 722.9 was printed againts the task, but they've written in 722.6 (which must be the box I have)
It wasn't mentioned which I took the car back. So does it need changing or not ? Reason I ak is the car is approaching 31k miles now. any idea what MB would charge ?
