Hi all,
Rather than cluttering my other ABC thread I thought I would make a different one.
I did once ask about this but without a video it was hard to describe / not sound crazy!
In basic when I turn the car on (SL55), 3/5 times the rear offside suspension raises up as soon as I go into drive or reverse and begin to move off. It returns to normal almost instantly. It doesn't ever do it while I'm driving, only after startup and returns almost instantly to normal. Looks a bit odd when leaving a petrol station as the car tilts up on one side! Only the rear O/S (right hand) side does it, no other strut has this issue.
Have a look at the vid (excuse the sound quality, using a poor quality camera , my car is rediculously loud and against a wall!):

Really odd eh!
Anybody have any idea why it does this and what to check? It happens in both drive & reverse.
Thanks all,
T
