Anyone got v10 nav disc for W211?

Could some kind soul in possession of the COMAND-APS v10 nav disc (green edition) please let me know what the enclosed instructions say about setting up French TMC?

The disc box references the instructions but my second-hand eBay copy doesn't include these instructions.
