S211 (W211) Rear Bumper Removal

Hi there,
Following a rear end bump which was loud enough but doesn't seem to have done anything too serious I have noticed that the outer bumper cover has been pushed in a small amount on one corner. I've had a quick look around and under and all looks OK but I guess the bumper bar supports have maybe bent slightly. I also noticed that the two supports that hold the bottom edge of the outer cover have lost their fasteners. Plus on the FNS edge where the wheel-arch flows back to meet it the tip is protruding slightly. I can see a plastic clip of some sort that doesn't seem to be attached so it can splay out now slightly.

Does anyone have a document or details of how I go about taking the bumper et al off on a nice sunny afternoon (yeah, right)? A search found good details for the outer bumper but not the bar.
I also need to find out exactly what those two bottom fasteners look like so that I can get replacements? Is there a comprehensive list of all fitted fasteners anywhere?
