Injector?

I have a c250cdi blueefficiency and can hear what can only be described as a clicking/ticking sound coming from near the bulkhead.

With bonnet open the sound is coming from top of the engine around the raer injector. I cannot quite make out though if it is infact the injector or a part behind it. The noise is very consistent.

Any ideas?
