pads and discs on E270 cdi avangarde

I have just had 4 new tyres put on and the repair man said l needed new pads and discs on the front.
At the end of November my front pads left and right were 75% wear.
My mileage has been approx 1500 since then.
My question is do l need new pads and discs now or can l leave it. Also what price am l looking at.
