help needed

Hi all,
I have the following messages showing.

1) right hand licence plate lamp.

2) left hand licence plate lamp.

3) 3rd brake lamp.

Also boot won't open, VIA remote, or with the switch by drivers door, or with the key.

Any ideas welcome.
