Diff ratios

I was wondering if anyone could help with W202 diff cross referencing

I have a 97 diesel with manual box and a 3.45 diff ratio cant quite read the last digit but thats near enough, and am looking to replace it with a diff with a ratio nearer to or just under 3, can anyone advise a donor model as a suitable straight swap, or one that would possibly fit but I believe could need the driveshafts swapping aswell thanks Francis
