to good to be true

hi all

been having trouble with my air matic

well today the back dropped and stayed dropped

so decided after two indies failed to fix the problem even after spending £700
i will bite the bullet and take it to mercedes

rang mercedes they said dont drive the car call merc assist
i said i was not a member and they said i was if my car is full merc history

Well i rang them they picked up my car and gave me a free hire car within two hours and i can keep the car till mine is fixed

please can anyone tell me if i am missing something has this all seems to good to be true
